Mice treatment

Our complete mice-control program is $800, including three scheduled visits, accessible entry-point sealing, and a one-year treatment guarantee for peace of mind.

Here’s how it works:

• First visit: We install tamper-resistant bait stations in key areas throughout your home to control mouse activity.

• About two weeks later: We check and replenish the bait, inspect the exterior for entry points, and seal accessible openings within our service scope. If major structural repairs are needed, we’ll explain what your contractor should address.

• Four to six months later: We return for a monitoring visit and remove the stations if there is no continued activity or bait consumption.

Your one-year guarantee begins after the second visit. If mice return during that period, additional mice treatments are provided at no charge. Coverage continues even after the stations are removed.

Full payment is due at the first visit.

Optional attic or crawlspace disinfection is available for $399–$599. Dropping removal and cleanup are quoted separately.
