Mouse & Rat Control in Bethesda, Silver Spring & DC

Mouse & Rat Control in Bethesda, Silver Spring & DC

Scratching in the walls at night, droppings in a cabinet, chewed insulation in the attic — once the weather cools, mice and rats move in. Arterix stops them in Bethesda, Silver Spring, Chevy Chase, Takoma Park, Rockville and across Washington DC by fixing how they get in, not just trapping the ones you see.

How it works

1. Inspection: We trace activity, droppings and entry points from the foundation to the roofline.
2. Exclusion: We seal gaps, vents and utility openings with rodent-proof materials.
3. Trapping: We remove the rodents already inside.
4. Follow-up: Return visits confirm the house is clear; attic cleanup if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I get mice every fall?

Cooler weather drives them to warm buildings, and a mouse fits through a gap the size of a dime. Sealing entry points ends the cycle.

Do you handle rats in DC row houses?

Yes. We treat rats in DC homes and businesses, including shared walls and basements.

Will you clean up damaged insulation?

Yes, we offer attic insulation replacement after rodent damage.
