Squirrel / raccoon

Our squirrel/raccoon removal and exclusion service costs $900-$1200.00, due at the first treatment, and includes a six-month guarantee, starting from the final treatment.

We anticipate completing the service in three visits. If additional visits are needed to complete the work, there will be no extra charge.

During the first visit, we will install either a trap or a one-way door to remove the squirrels from your home. The method will depend on the location of the entry point and the number of squirrels we suspect are inside.

If we use traps, we will check them every 2–3 days. If we use a one-way door, we will follow up every 7–10 days until the squirrels have left.

Once the squirrels have been removed, we will seal the entry point using steel screening and/or aluminum flashing to help prevent reentry.
