General pest control

Our general pest control service includes four scheduled treatments each year—in April, June, August, and October—with year-round coverage. If an infestation of a covered pest occurs between scheduled visits, we provide additional treatments at no charge.

We offer two packages. Our basic package covers paper wasps, ants, roaches, mice, millipedes, centipedes, earwigs, silverfish, and crickets.

The basic package costs $700–$1,200 annually for a typical home in the Washington, DC, and Baltimore metro areas, depending on the size of the home and its treatment needs.

We also offer a seasonal stinging insect package covering bees, yellowjackets, and hornets. The total cost ranges from $499 to $699 per season.
